Here at A Simpler Life we like to keep everything as simple as possible. You will not find out any joining fees or hidden costs.

Membership
For those who wish to make more frequent use of our services, a membership approach is more cost-effective and flexible, with different membership levels available to suit your requirements. As a member, you will enjoy a personalized services tailored to your likes and dislikes. You can also expect us to work proactively on your behalf, making suggestions based upon our knowledge of your situation, tastes and preferences.
Membership is for the minimum of 6 months and includes the monthly fee which provides:
Dedicated Account Manager
We know that our busy customers want their lifestyle management to be an uncomplicated, seamless process. Therefore, as a Member, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager, who is familiar with your home, infrastructure detail, priorities, and lifestyle. This trusted professional will communicate your requirements accurately to the tradespersons or technicians who will perform the work at your home and coordinate any jobs according to your specifications and schedule.
Rapid Response
Unexpected emergencies, such as equipment malfunctioning or plumbing problems, are never welcome and often highly inconvenient. Members enjoy immediate response to such urgent situations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Preferred membership scheduling and call-handling
As a Member, your calls and requests will get top priority and immediate attention.
Membership benefits:
- access to our all Simpler Life services (excluding home search)
- Minimum of 4 hours of service a month to use as you see fit
- discounted hourly rates
- entitlement to Simpler Life member-only offers and events
- a 30 minute consultation at the beginning of each month to plan the month ahead
- a complimentary important-date reminder service to remind you of birthdays, insurance renewals, & servicing dates, etc.
- access to our network of vetted service suppliers
- most importantly, knowing that we are on hand whenever you need us, to take care of all the hassles of daily life.
There are two levels of membership at Simpler Life:
Membership – basic 110 € a month for minimum of 6 months
Membership fee includes a minimum of 4 hours at the discounted rate. Additional blocks can be purchased at the discounted rate and rolled into the following month. Payment is monthly in advance. Further hours will be invoiced (at the discounted rate) and payable within one week of the end of the month.

- birthday or special day reminders up to 10 occasions or requests, key holding, reduced rates at the weekend
- Discounted hourly rates for the duration of membership.

- Any payments due to contractors and suppliers, i.e; cleaners, gardeners, tradesmen etc, are not included in the monthly fees or hourly rates. These are payable by the client direct to the third party.
- Travel will be charged in addition to the standard fees, at a rate of € 0.35 per km
- Payments to be made on behalf of the Client will be required in advance.
Membership – premium 200 € a month, minimum of 6 months
Membership fee includes a minimum of 10 hours at the discounted rate. Additional blocks can be purchased at the discounted rate and rolled into the following month. Payment is monthly in advance. Further hours will be invoiced (at the discounted rate) and payable within one week of the end of the month.
