Whether you have bought an apartment or house here for your own personal use or to rent to friends and family, or to run as a commercial business, it is always reassuring that there is someone close by who can keep an eye on your property while you are not here. This is one of the services we are offering. You can have full peace of mind that your property will be looked after and checked regularly to make sure that everything is in order.
When you are visiting or you have guests booked into your apartment or house we can also take care of the cleaning and preparation to make sure that you/your guests can arrive and get on with your holiday/business rather than have to put the marigolds on and start cleaning!
We can provide a transfer service from the airport direct to your property, so all you need to do is give us your flight details and arrival time and we take care of the rest for you.
In order to accommodate different levels of Property Management we would be available to visit your property with you and design a package to meet your individual needs.
Home improvements
Let us find your tradesmen for you. All our tradesmen are fully vetted by us and we regularly review their quality of work and service. We will make all arrangements and attend appointments for quotations.
Handyman, plumber, electrician, architect, builder, interior design, decorator, carpet fitter, kitchen design/fitting, landscaping.
We can provide a project management service for larger projects to ensure that your renovations are as simple and stress free as possible.
